How Messages Work on Steader

Messages on Steader are tied to each order. You don't have one long conversation with a buyer or seller—instead, each order has its own separate message area.

Key Points

Each order has its own messages When someone places an order, a message space is created just for that order. All communication about that specific order happens there.

To send a message:

  1. Tap on the order to open it
  2. Tap the Message button at the bottom
  3. Type and send your message

New order = New conversation If the same buyer orders from you again tomorrow, that order will have its own new message area. Messages from previous orders stay with those orders.

Why This Works Better

  • Order details and messages stay together in one place
  • You always know which products or pickup times you're discussing
  • No confusion when dealing with multiple orders
  • Easy to look back at what was said for each transaction

Always message within the specific order you're discussing. This ensures your buyer or seller sees your message and knows exactly which items or arrangements you're talking about.
